„Nominate your favourite venue" — organised by Gesto
1.1. The game „Nominate your favourite venue" is organised by GPInnovation Ltd. (ДЖИ ПИ ИНОВЕЙШЪН ООД), UIC 203922341, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered address: Yambol, Zl. Rog 1, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency.

2.1. The game starts on 06.07.2026 at 00:00 and ends on 07.08.2026 at 19:00 Bulgarian time.
2.2. Entries submitted outside the stated period are not considered valid and do not take part in the draws.

3.2. Participation is free of charge. No purchase, payment, use of a paid service, premium SMS or visit to the nominated venue is required.
3.3. Only the participant's standard internet access costs according to their tariff plan may apply.

4.4. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The organiser is not liable if a winner cannot be notified due to an incorrect, incomplete or outdated phone number.
4.5. A participant may submit more than one nomination. Each valid nomination of a different venue enters the draws separately and increases the chance of winning.
4.6. Re-nominating the same venue from the same phone number does not increase the chance of winning and may be counted as a single valid entry.
4.7. Entries made via automated means, bots, scripts, mass-generated registrations, false data or any other actions intended to manipulate the game are not permitted.

5.3. If abuse is suspected, the organiser may request confirmation of the entry via the phone number provided. In the absence of confirmation, the entry may be declared invalid.

6.3. The Gesto ceramic mug is personalised with a name provided by the winner. The organiser has the right to refuse to print offensive, obscene, discriminatory or unlawful content.
6.4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent at the participant's request.
6.5. If for objective reasons a specific prize cannot be provided, the organiser will provide a prize of equal or greater value.
7.1. Draws are carried out at random by electronic random selection from all valid entries that comply with these rules.
7.2. For Gesto ceramic mugs, one draw is held every weekday from 06.07.2026 to 07.08.2026 inclusive, after 19:00. Valid nominations submitted by 18:59 on that day take part in the respective daily draw.
7.3. For dinner vouchers, one draw is held on each of the following dates after 19:00:
7.4. The final draw for the iPhone 16e 128GB takes place on 07.08.2026 after 19:00 from all valid entries submitted throughout the entire game period.
7.5. One participant may win at most:
7.6. Winning a ceramic mug or voucher does not exclude a participant from the final iPhone draw, unless their entry is declared invalid or they are disqualified.
7.7. For each draw the organiser prepares an internal electronic record containing at least:

8.2. Upon notification, the winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the details required for delivery.
8.3. If the winner does not answer the phone provided, does not confirm receipt of the prize, refuses the prize, does not supply the delivery details, or it is established that they are not eligible or have breached the rules — the organiser awards the prize to the reserve participant.
8.4. If contact with the winner cannot be made within 7 calendar days of the first contact attempt, the prize is awarded to the reserve participant.
8.5. By participating in the game, the participant agrees that, if they win a prize, the organiser may announce their first name and the first letter of their surname, their city, and the type of prize won on the game page (gesto.bg/game).
9.1. Prizes are sent by courier at the organiser's expense to an address in the Republic of Bulgaria.
9.2. To receive the prize, the winner must provide:
9.3. The organiser is not liable for failure to deliver due to an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the winner.
9.4. The prize is considered delivered once handed over to the winner or to a person who accepts it at the stated address.

10.2. The organiser does not disclose to the nominated venue the identity, phone number or other personal data of the participant without a separate legal basis or explicit consent.
10.3. A nomination does not create an obligation for the nominated venue to use Gesto.

11.2. For participation in the game the organiser processes the following categories of personal data:

Data is processed for the following purposes: recording entries, checking validity, conducting draws, notifying winners, delivering prizes, preparing internal records, announcing winners on the game page in accordance with clause 8.5, handling objections, preventing abuse and complying with applicable legal obligations.
11.5. The legal bases for processing are: performance of these rules, compliance with legal obligations, the organiser's legitimate interests and consent — only where the participant has given separate consent for a specific additional purpose.
11.6. Providing the data referred to in clause 11.2 is necessary for entering the game. If mandatory data is not provided, the entry cannot be registered.
11.7. Data may be shared with courier operators, hosting and technical support providers, accounting and legal advisers, and competent public authorities where required by law.
11.8. Participants' personal data is not disclosed to nominated venues without a separate legal basis or explicit consent.
11.9. Data of participants who have not won a prize is deleted within 30 days of the game ending, unless required for handling an objection, verification, defence of a dispute or fulfilment of a legal obligation.
11.10. Winners' data is retained for the periods necessary to deliver and prove receipt of the prize, handle objections, defend a legal dispute and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
11.11. Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
11.12. Requests regarding personal data should be submitted to office@gesto.bg. The organiser responds within 1 month of receiving the request.
11.13. Draws are conducted by electronic random selection. No profiling or automated assessment of participants' personal characteristics is carried out.
11.14. The organiser does not use participants' data for direct marketing without separate consent.
12.1. Participation in the game is not linked to consent to receive marketing communications.
12.2. If the organiser wishes to send marketing communications, this is done only with the participant's separate, voluntary and explicit consent.
12.3. A participant may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by e-mail to office@gesto.bg.
12.4. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
13.1. The organiser may terminate, suspend or modify the game in the event of force majeure, technical problems, abuse, breach of the rules or objective reasons beyond its reasonable control.
13.2. Changes are published on gesto.bg and take effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise stated.
13.3. Changes do not affect prizes already validly won and confirmed, unless it is subsequently established that the entry was invalid or the participant breached the rules.
14.1. The organiser is not liable for technical problems beyond its reasonable control, temporary unavailability of the website, internet connection interruptions, incorrect data entered by the participant, inability to contact a winner due to a wrong phone number, or delivery delays due to an incorrect address.
14.2. This clause does not exclude mandatory consumer rights and does not release the organiser from liability for wilful conduct.
15.1. Objections may be submitted to office@gesto.bg within 7 calendar days of the respective draw or of becoming aware of the matter to which the objection relates.
15.2. The organiser reviews the objection within 14 calendar days of receipt.
15.3. Submitting an objection does not limit the participant's right to seek protection before a competent public authority or court.
16.1. These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
16.2. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, or failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
16.3. Nothing in these rules limits mandatory consumer rights.
16.4. No arbitration resolution of consumer disputes is foreseen outside the procedures permitted by law.
17.1. These rules are available at gesto.bg/game throughout the game period.
17.2. A participant may save or print the rules from the game page.
17.3. By submitting an entry the participant confirms they have read, understood and accepted these rules.
17.4. These rules enter into force on 06.07.2026.
